Our 5–30 pcs wet wipes machine is designed for flexible and efficient production. It can produce mini travel packs (5, 8, or 10 pieces) as well as portable family packs (15–30 pieces) on the same line. The system includes a 4:1 bundle packaging unit, which automatically groups four packs together, making products instantly ready for retail or wholesale. Folding, moistening, cutting, packing, sealing, and bundling are all completed in one fully automatic process.

The line begins with a slitting and rewinding device that converts large rolls of nonwoven fabric into precise, smaller rolls, controlling both width and length to meet product specifications.

The liquid filling section uses a high-precision quantitative filling system to inject cleaning solutions, alcohol, or disinfectants accurately, ensuring consistent liquid content in every canister. Special FGW no-drip shower nozzles provide 0.25% filling accuracy, preventing overflow and waste.
