In Afghanistan, our customer has successfully installed and put into operation a 16-lane fully automatic wet wipes production line. This line is designed for producing large packs of 80–120 pieces per bag, covering popular products such as baby wipes and household wipes.
The entire process is fully automated, including raw material loading, folding, liquid adding, cutting, counting, stacking, packaging, date printing, labeling, and automatic lid application. Equipped with a full servo drive system and PLC intelligent control, the machine ensures high efficiency, stable performance, and compliance with strict hygiene standards.
During our visit, the customer expressed high recognition for the machine’s productivity, stability, and user-friendly operation. With compatibility for various non-woven fabrics and packaging materials, the equipment allows flexible adjustment of pack sizes to meet diverse market needs.
