At our Korean customer’s facility, the 20 Lanes Automatic Twin Roll Wet Wipes Production Line is operating with a fully automated wet wipes packing system, producing a wide range of personal care, household, and industrial wipes. Products include baby wipes, adult wipes, disinfectant wipes, beauty wipes, home cleaning wipes, flushable wipes, pet wipes, and industrial wipes, all manufactured with high consistency and hygiene standards.
The system combines a high-performance folding machine and a high-speed flow wrap packaging machine. It is highly automated with minimal human intervention, featuring a servo-controlled size adjustment, a user-friendly HMI touch screen, automatic stop on errors, and visual and audible warning systems. With speeds of 80–100 packs per minute, the modular design allows future expansion and quick format changes between different types and sizes of wipes.
Built in compliance with FDA GMP standards, the machine uses food-grade, anti-bacterial conveyor belts and 304L stainless steel for all components in contact with lotion and fabric. The labor-free auto splice system ensures non-stop operation, maximizing capacity utilization while minimizing wastage. Its versatility supports flat pack wipes from 20–120 sheets with biodegradable and natural materials, making it ideal for producing personal, household, and commercial wipes efficiently and hygienically.
