November 7, 2025The 6 roll semi-automatic wet wipes production line is designed for the efficient manufacturing of small and medium-sized wet wipe packs, suitable for 10–120 wipes per bag with a maximum product height of 80 mm. It consists of a complete system integrating cutting, folding, moistening, stacking, bagging, and sealing. After the wipes are packed into semi-finished bags, an edge sealing machine is used to seal the package, forming the final finished product. Bag dimensions can be customized according to the number of wipes per pack.

It is compatible with various materials, including spunlaced non-woven fabrics, hot-rolled non-woven fabrics, and dust-free cloths (40–80 g/㎡). The standard folding mode is “Z” type, with “W” and “C” types available as customized options. The machine uses an automatic tension-controlled unwinding system and divides the master roll into six tracks for continuous high-speed production.
With a production capacity of 350 cuts/min (2100 pcs/min), the equipment is ideal for medium-scale manufacturers seeking efficient and cost-effective solutions. The humidifying and stirring system includes a 400L water tank, ensuring even moisture distribution. Powered by 9 kW and operating at 380V 50Hz, the line is compact in design (5675×2650×2240 mm) and easy to maintain.
