A large wet wipes manufacturer in Greece invested in a high-capacity wet wipes production line to expand production while maintaining consistent product quality and operating efficiency. Based on the customer’s materials, product specifications, required output, and production conditions, we provided a customized solution rather than a standard machine configuration. Our support covered the complete project, from investment and ROI analysis and production line design to equipment manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning. The completed system is built for high-volume production and can manufacture multiple wet wipe products, including baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, household cleaning wipes, and adult care wipes. This project reflects our approach to wet wipes manufacturing: matching the equipment configuration to the customer’s actual production requirements to create a practical, efficient, and scalable solution.
A key part of the project is the 20-line wet wipes production system with automatic material docking, designed for continuous, high-speed operation. The line processes 20 lanes of non-woven fabric simultaneously and uses automatic material docking technology to connect a new jumbo roll to the running material without stopping the machine for a manual roll change. This helps reduce downtime and material waste while maintaining stable production efficiency. A precision servo-controlled liquid dosing system also ensures consistent and accurate wetting across all 20 lanes. After installation, our technical team provided comprehensive training for the customer’s operators, covering machine operation and routine maintenance. We continue to support the customer with technical assistance, spare and wear parts, and after-sales service, helping ensure reliable long-term operation of the wet wipes manufacturing machine.
