Assembly of a fully automatic 16-lane wet wipes machine at the Saudi customer’s factory

Installation and commissioning of wet wipes production equipment is completed at the site of Saudi Arabia customer. This time, we supplied a set of 16-channel wet wipes production equipment to our Saudi customer, which has excellent performance and high automation level and can effectively meet the customer’s production needs. Our engineering and installation team went to the Saudi customer’s factory to complete the assembly and commissioning of the equipment and provided detailed training on the use and maintenance of the customer’s operators to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment.

The equipment supports the production of wet wipes in a wide range of materials, including hydroentangled non-woven fabrics, wet toilet paper, and non-woven materials such as hot-rolled fabrics, to meet the customization needs of different products. The machine’s cutting speed is up to 300-450 times/minute, with a maximum capacity of 5,600 wipes/minute, while the packaging speed reaches 65-80 packs per minute. The machine covers an area of 24600mm in length, 3580mm in width, and 2230mm in height, with a total weight of about 15,000kg, and is suitable for a wide range of product sizes, including wet wipes and wet toilet paper with a “C” or “N” fold, and packages ranging from 150-360mm in length to 360mm in height. The size range is 150-360mm in length, 80-110mm in width, and 20-100mm in height.

This wet wipes machine customized for Dominican customers has excellent performance.
